Tan Hoang Minh Group started a taxi-based public passenger transport business under the brand name "Taxi V20". In 2001, the number of taxies reached nearly 1,000 vehicles, accounting for 25% of the market share in three cities: Ho Chi Minh, Nha Trang and Hanoi, which earned reputation for the brand "Taxi V20 - Tan Hoang Minh".
